17 x 7 40+ 5 lugs universal fit, 5/100 and 5/114 with Michellin Exalto 225/45/17 with 4000 miles on them. 1 tire does not match (after a flat, got another tire)

Had them for 1 month and want different rims.

Similar rims, same brand BSA, but this is a 4 bolt, 15 spokes, vs mines are 5 bolts and 20 spokes. Sorry for any confusion.
